Hyatt Regency Hotel, Thessaloniki Greece

The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Thessaloniki is a convenient location from Thessaloniki airport. We had an evening flight from London, and landed in Greece late in the evening. The cab ride to the hotel was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff that were able to get us checked-in very quickly.

The rooms were large and had a balcony facing the pool. The bathroom was especially huge, which made it a nice place to relax and take a bath after a long day. The rooms and furniture were starting to show their age, but overall it was a comfortable room to stay in.

There was an elaborate breakfast buffet with many options even for the most pickiest eaters. There was plenty of fresh fruit, which was my favorite, along with the chocolate croissants. The buffet had plenty of protein choices as well. We enjoyed our breakfast on the outdoor patio in beautiful weather. I loved being able to eat outside with a view of the pool.

My favorite part of the resort was the pool and it was a great opportunity for me to unwind and relax under a palm tree. There is plenty of green space all around and the facilities are clean and well maintained.
